CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. •Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. •No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. •Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be adjusted, rescheduled, or treated as a same-day cancellation, depending on availability. All appointments require a card on file. Fees will be automatically applied at the time of cancellation. I completely understand that life happens — this policy simply helps protect my time as a small business owner and ensures availability for all clients.
